Meisam Paper plant is built with technologically advanced equipment to produce packaging paper. This plant hosts 3 multi-layer paper machines with which high quality products such as Kraft Liner, Test Liner and Corrugating Medium paper are produced. Our 3 paper machines are fed with a central stock preparation unit which is using the latest technology and techniques to enhance the fibre quality. In order to reach the desired properties, fibres go through a series of operations including screening, cleaning, refining, thickening, deflaking, and recovery. We guarantee the final paper properties and its runnability on corrugating machine through the stability of the fibre furnish, the refined fibre quality and the mixing of fillers and chemicals, Paper machines in our plant are equipped with quality control system (QCS). This QCS monitors and controls basis weight consistency, caliper, and moisture of the paper. This allows our production team to monitor and control the entire paper making process from a central control room (CCR), ensuring a quick and flexible response to changing conditions.
